Community Chapels

As with the Family Chapels, Community Chapels are an alternative to the traditional in-ground burial. The Community Chapel is constructed of concrete with each chapel comprising of 16 beds. These beds, while usually purchased in pairs, can be purchased singly.

Community Chapel beds are now purchased complete with the granite facing already installed. Some benefits of purchasing Community Chapel beds finished in granite are that owners see their chosen product, families are left in no doubt as to what their loved one's preference was, and the overall appearance of their facility is superior.

To maintain the superior finish of these Community Chapels, glass doors or iron gates are not to be fitted. These additional fixtures can impede future burials. Bronze vases are available from the Cemetery office for affixing to the granite and this alleviates the need for such added expense.

Unless a single bed is purchased, Community Chapel beds are sold in vertical pairs, comprising of a bed on level 1 and level 2, or a bed on level 3 and level 4.
